Saved Festival 2014 will be on October 11, 2014, details about its venue haven't come out yet but I'm guessing it'll be happening in MOA Arena again. I've always loved Israel Houghton's jazzy, soul music and not to mention the depth and simplicity of the lyrics of his songs... mmmmm. You close your eyes and you can see it, being with God face to face, speaking to Him heart to heart.

I'm still deciding whether I will go but I really want to see them live in action. I didn't get to go last 2012 when they came here to the Philippines.
Saved Festival 2014 also has a running campaign #NOOTHERNAME, but I haven't found out much about this yet since the news is exclusive to those who have the latest Saved Newsmagazine...
Research has led me to discover this --
"No Other Name" is the name of Hillsong's new album out this year and for me, the movement is completely revolutionary! This campaign clearly declares that there is no greater name than the Name of Jesus! Just reading and seeing videos about what they did in New York Times Square makes the hair on my skin stand! I'm thinking, is this real?!
Forgive me for sounding extremely dumbfounded but talks about Jesus or even concerts and conferences are usually hush-hush, and revolves mostly around "Christian" communities... Now, Times Square-- I'm speechless. 'Cause, well, Times Square is Times Square.

This is a declaration and an invitation - Who else will you live for?
My church actually officially starts the Gospel Season this Sunday, June 15. As a church, we journey through schools, inviting them to hear the gospel. This is an encouragement to me, and all of us Christians, wherever we are in the world - DECLARE THE NAME OF JESUS AS SUPREME. 'No Other Name' has come for the salvation of mankind; 'No Other Name' is worthy of our lives; 'No Other Name' loves us to the point of dying for us... We know it; the whole world should know it too. Now this is actually easier said than done... So why not just declare it with our lives, hm?
